While waiting for the rest of the band to show up, Kelly tells us a joke. It's funny…I'll give her that. When the rest of the band gets here we finally talk about the origins of this pop-punk 3-piece. It's true that many bands find their bandmates on Craigslist, and Tyler unknowingly stumbles upon the some of the Futon's past...Tinder isn't just for personal ads anymore.
The band chats about where they came from and also many of their travels. This Southern California went to Minnesota for awhile to party, but came back to the West Coast for some real fun. Their newest album "The Dread" is already out and we preview three tracks from it, including the title track. This album, like any good album, isn't without it's good stories...especially where it was recorded.
